Let me start by saying that the President and the Prime Minister consulted for a long time on these personalities and concluded, in their wisdom, that the three personalities are qualified for the job. In my view, the three Kenyans are known. They are patriotic. They have served this country well for many years and their characters are unquestionable. I regret that the Committee that did this job and generated the recommendations was not passionate. It was somehow biased. view
