Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion. I listened to the Seconder very clearly that there could be danger that the IEBC for any reason that we do not anticipate could be properly constituted. The fact that we are not very far off from another election, we need to start putting our house in order. I am sure that there may be issues that are contained in the Bill but I think I want to concur with the Mover that if we open then it might spiral into mediation that shall never end. So, I ...
