This is an extremely important Bill that seeks to amend the Constitution to ensure that the two-thirds principle, which is cardinal to realizing gender parity and equity in the nation. Missing in the Communication was the victories we have had in the courts over some very crucial laws that were passed. That is an important addition to our achievement which should feature prominently in your Communication. Secondly, we have a magazine of the Senate. We discussed with the three and we think that it is still far from being realised. The infrastructure, including the Greenfield Initiative, should be realised as fast as possible, so that we compete effectively with Dubai, Addis Ababa and other international hubs. (Dr.) Khalwale, and therefore, I would like to move an amendment to the Report to the extent that we add Recommendation No.14 which should read:- “The Committee further recommends that a forensic audit be carried out into the operations of the Airline, so as to establish any misappropriations or corruption and those culpable, who should then be dealt with in accordance with law.” view
