In the month of January onwards up to about June, there is a lot of rain in western Kenya and that is when the mosquito larvae breed to make it possible for mosquitoes to bite people. However, let me assure this House that the struggle for women liberation is not just a matter for women. It is an important agenda in the second liberation.
