(a) Yes, I am aware that part of the land allocated to the Kenya Industrial Estate in Kisumu was allocated to a private developer, who has since fenced it off. (b) The allocation of this land to a private developer does not mean that the Industrial Estate, Kisumu, which was meant to assist entrepreneurs has collapsed.
