The other question around the death penalty is the moratorium. We also have questions on life sentence. A legal aids scheme can begin to allow us to test those legal questions in our Judiciary and in our legal system. The sexual and gender-based violence victims, rape, defilement and child sexual abuse need to receive legal aid for the victims and for the perpetrators. Thank, Hon. Speaker. Just to appreciate the concerns that the Member is raising. On the first one on funding, Clause 29 of the Bill addresses that. It is going to be money allocated by Parliament for the purposes of the service from year to year. On the other question of the Minister or Cabinet Secretary, it is going to be the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters of justice.
