Amina Abdalla for giving us very strong points because this Bill requires to be amended so as to take care of some of the issues, which I will mention at the end of my contribution. The fact that people are going to be moved from their own communities to settle in other communities--- We need to address the issue of relocation, where community members are being moved from places where they are used to, where their social ...

stakeholders. In this case, I am referring to the community members who are the owners of the land. That should also be addressed. I would also like to point out the issue of respect for the locals in terms of moving them from one area to another. It is traumatizing for people to be moved from where they are used to living to another place where they may not be used to. On this, I would like us to respect the issue of counselling. I know counselling is not a matter that is generally acceptable within serious investments like this ...
