She also has an MBA. She is an investment banker. She has in the last 15 years been instrumental in advising on matters of financial management to both the Government and the private sector. I urge that in your ruling you be clear that we are debating what was brought by the Committee as a report, and there was no dissenting voice. Therefore, we will not use this opportunity to malign a woman using all manner of things that were concluded at the Committee but not included in the report. view

I have heard Members of this Committee repeating that they were interviewing the nominees. I do not know who sent them to interview. The work of the Committee is to vet! • 9 May 2013 in National Assembly: (a) an explanation of revenue allocation as proposed by the Bill---” Can the lawyers clarify for us since the Constitution clearly states that this Bill must be accompanied by a memorandum? I wholly support what the mover of the amendment is proposing. Since we did not go through the committee, we need to ensure that the memorandum which will be taken as part of the Division of Revenue Bill will not injure, at the end of the day, the work that we are trying to do.
