What I am trying to tell this House is that after the interviews, three candidates were shortlisted and their names were submitted to His Excellency the President. I am the Assistant Minister for Environment and Mineral Resources, and when I speak here on behalf of my Ministry, I do so with authority.

I also want to say that people from Emuhaya and other parts of this country where mining is taking place are doing a good job. They have to be encouraged.
