However, now that Mr. Kombera has not received the letter being referred to, is it possible for the Assistant Minister to write another letter to the retiree? For the case of the other two, instead of requiring them to come to Nairobi, is it not possible to send these documents through the District Commissioner (DC) so that they could fill the forms and then submit through the same channel? view
