The problem we have, particularly in newly created districts, is inadequate number of personnel, particularly in the Inspectorate Department. There is lack of transport to enable those officers move round the schools and do the inspections. What is the Ministry doing to ensure that those newly created districts are provided with the resources to ensure that the officers perform their duties ... view
