Before I do, I would like to encourage more support to Chairpersons of Committees so that they do not struggle when moving their Bills for Second Reading. I state that as a third-term Member. It is extremely important to support them. This is a very important Bill moved by Hon. Kitany. I listened to her as she moved and the Seconder.
