Indeed if we are in line with the Big Four Agenda which is supposed to be achieved, energy is a very crucial factor in it. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this Bill. Indeed, the world is under siege because of cyber crime. Before the world was digitised we did not know much. Life might have been difficult but, what is going on right now is unfortunate because of digitisation.
