Some people or groups which claim that they were not consulted during the allocation have arisen. They are the people or groups who claim that they were left out during the allocation and yet they had already been settled on the same land. There are claims that outsiders were allocated land. • 29 Aug 2018 in National Assembly: The other question is: Are the two Ministries aware that the legitimate land owners are mobilising themselves to defend their land from infiltration and may forcefully enter the land to settle themselves to avoid impending displacement by infiltrators? The Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning is aware of the mobilisation and has referred the same to be handled by the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government, together with the County Government of Embu. view
