Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, some schools have been in existence for many years and since they are not gazetted and do not have title deeds, people have grabbed the land. We should be careful as we deal with these amendments because they deal with a sensitive issue and all of us have interest in it. We should not pass a law that will hurt our people.

Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for the opportunity to also speak to this Bill whose intention is to make Kenya a better place to live in. Energy is a resource which, if well managed, will address the concerns of Kenyans and the financial gaps that we all have in our budgeting system. We know resources are limited.
