Mr. Speaker, Sir, immediately the Saudi Government gives an exit visa, she will get her travel documents which the Kenyan Government has prepared. The other point that I wanted to make is that the ambassador in Saudi Arabia is currently engaged in making sure that Kenyans who are there can come back home as soon as possible. If the House requires that I come with an exact date, I am ready to do that.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, the other point that I wanted to make is that the Kenyan Embassy in Saudi Arabia is right now handling that matter and I am sure that the Government will be able to deal with it. We actually do not need Dr. Khalwale to donate the money. The embassy will do it.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, if I am able to engage with the officers in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs--- I do not want to commit myself so that it looks like I am not saying the truth because we need the Saudi Arabia Government to release the documents in order for the Kenyans to come back home. I know that if I engage the Ministry, by next week I will be able to give you an answer.

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the hon. Member to refer to Nyanza as being an entity where both Prof. Wanyande and Dr. Florence Omosa come from, when we know very clearly that Dr. Florence comes from the larger Gusii, and actually from the County of Kisii and not Nyanza?

Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Statement was asked by hon. Mungatana who wanted to know how many Kenyans are resident in Southern Sudan, how many Kenyan business investments exist in Southern Sudan, what preparations are there to protect Kenyans and their property in the event of post-referendum civil unrest and lastly, the diplomatic efforts that the Kenyan Government is making to reduce the tensions between the north and south so that our people are protected. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the number of Kenyans who are in Southern Sudan is between 30,000 and 65,000. These are individuals who are ...

Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will start with the last one. I did not say that it was a secret issue. I said that it was a security issue. The simple reason being that if we were to come out and start discussing that Kenya is ready with 400 trucks which will carry individuals or we have 15 aeroplanes which will carry Kenyans coming from Southern Sudan, that would be basically alarmist. I raised these issues by saying that the details of what will take place in case of any eventuality, the Kenyan Government has systems and interventions in ...

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I think it is absolutely unacceptable in this House that the Member for Kisumu Town East can actually pick an individual, who has not broken any law, and impute improper motive on him in this House. He must withdraw!

Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am actually going to stand here and make very few remarks. First of all, I believe that all of the contributions that have been made here are going to ensure that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs becomes a better place for the ambassadors to work and everybody else, the stakeholders. As has been said, this is a Ministry which is supposed to represent the softer face and the kind face of our country. I believe to a large extent, most credit should go to his Excellency the President for having appointed a ...
