Mr. Speaker, Sir, at least, I have got him now. The answer is âNoâ. There are no other pre-conditionalities which come with ODA funding. Usually, the Kenyan Government does not accept any conditionalities unless it is a bi-lateral agreement which has been signed between the two parties. On this case, there are absolutely no conditionalities given by the Iranian Government.
