  • 29 Jun 2021 in National Assembly: Thank you for that guidance. This matter has been raised before and it is time the House pronounced itself on it. On the matter of Hon. • 24 Jun 2021 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Speaker. The Kenya Blood Transfusion Service Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 6 of 2020) had a lot of contributions yesterday. I think we generally exhausted it. I am standing under Standing Order No. 95 that the Mover be called upon to reply so that we can move to the other agenda. I thank you. view
  • 23 Jun 2021 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am standing on behalf of my Chair, Hon. Shakeel Shabbir, who is the Chair of African Parliamentarians Network Against Corruption Caucus (APNAC), which was founded in 1979. You, Mr. Speaker, were the African President. You were also the world’s Vice-President of APNAC among other titles which you hold. view
