Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, again, let me say that, that has been an agreed position because it was discussed by the Service and the Committee. It is straightforward. It will be dangerous to start having new people when we are just going for elections. Let the new President make his own decision in March next year. Again, even for the other employees, I think they will be able to work harder. Again, even for the qualifications, we have given them five years to attain the qualifications. So, I support and you can put it to vote.

I am just saying that since there seems to be consensus, you can put the question on the First Schedule.

No, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Sir. I stand to oppose this amendment. The people who are being co-opted are what we call “in attendance”. People in attendance are basically experts. They are invited to give specific advice. They do not vote. They only give their advice. After the advice, they get out and the members remain. I oppose this amendment.
