  • 9 Oct 2019 in National Assembly: My objective on this is that when the Government borrows locally, SMEs are the major losers. Most banks frustrate the common mwananchi and the private sector and adhere to Government borrowing which is more expensive. view
  • 9 Oct 2019 in National Assembly: Without wasting a lot of time, I do not intend to talk much. The mood of the House is that they want the Question to be put. I totally support the Motion. view

Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity in order to pass a word of condolence to the families of those children who perished in a road accident in Mwingi Central. It is painful to lose a loved one, particularly a young one. In my observation, school managements need to consider the experience of drivers when employing. They should also not consider drivers who do not travel long distances. When they get an opportunity to drive, it is so difficult for them because they are not used to driving every day.
