• 15 Aug 2014 in Senate: en. Hassan, you are a lawyer and you know that impeachment sometimes does not need to prove--- We found that most of the offences are misconduct, but not gross. The lawyers and the Senate must come up with a law which will guide us on threshold. This is because they say that threshold is left to the individual member. Some of us might say that threshold means something different. We need some guidance in law, so that we know the parameters of threshold. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I support. view
