Most of these grants were cut mostly because of the sagas. Some of the grants were in the form of development programmes. Before that, it was under the Ministry of Culture and Social Services. There was nominal development at their place of stay and therefore, that is just at the tail end. It is chasing the same way you saw the Teachers Service Commission building development. It did not take Kshs30 million. That building took nearly Kshs1billion.
