It is very sad that what happened very many years ago is no more. I support the establishment of the Uwezo Fund and I thank the President for finally fulfilling his promise to this country. I thank the Jubilee Government for that. When you read Regulation 6(a) it provides overall management design and oversight of the Fund. That takes care of those management issues.
