With Regard to 13(1), we are proposing that this proposed amendment be deleted particularly with regard to the reference to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission and substituting therefor the word “Commission”. It is important to ensure that the Commission that is being referred to is made clear. So, we would like to retain the words as contained in the Principal Act. view
