Secondly, the hon. Member has abused his privilege in this House. We would like to thank God for giving us two ears and two eyes. When Hon. Nuh stood in this House, he clearly spoke in well understood or unmistaken English that the person, Mr. Nyacheo – or whatever name he may have called him - has been transferred and is now a resident in Vihiga. Ibrahim Saney requested a Statement from the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs and you directed that the Statement be brought to the House today. Unfortunately, we have not been able to get the Statement on time. I am, therefore, requesting additional time, up to Tuesday next week, so that we can bring the report to the House.
