Nuh stood in this House, he clearly spoke in well understood or unmistaken English that the person, Mr. Nyacheo – or whatever name he may have called him - has been transferred and is now a resident in Vihiga. Unfortunately, we have not been able to get the Statement on time. I am, therefore, requesting additional time, up to Tuesday next week, so that we can bring the report to the House. view
