Once that license expires, you will not be allowed to conduct a fundraising appeal unless you apply or renew that license. It will only be used for that particular purpose and for a certain period. view

Before a licence is cancelled, the law, in Clause 31, provides for due process to allow the Board to hear from the licensee why he or she is in breach of the conditions of the licence.
