So, we may have a deadlock within the Selection Panel. Allowing other third parties would bring a sense of reason whenever there is a disagreement. We keep shifting those interests from one corner to the other, but one thing that we know is that when we have other parties that are not necessarily within the outfit of the two parties, they would bring some sense of understanding within the Selection Panel.
