have been assured by the Mover of the Motion, there is enough money for the financial year. So, we look forward for fast disbursement. The Board has also done a good job and we have been able to relate with them very well. The new model of NGCDF 2016 has put life and distanced the day to day administration of the fund from the Member of Parliament hence avoiding the noise we used to hear. For those people who have been making a lot of noise about NGCDF and those who have been going to court, it is the effect ...

Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I am sympathetic with the first causes that might cause disruptions. Some insurance companies say they cannot insure against some occurrences like political incidents or things that are beyond nature’s control. I am particular about the last one. Taking a cue from what the Leader of the Majority Party said, we are thinking about the small Kenyans that we represent. The argument here again comes when it is very small. “Small” is relative. The toll station is located in a private farm, a conservancy and is confined. Those who have been on that route know that we used to take a detour in the bush. I have seen matatus use the railway bridge. God forbid, if a train approached, it would sweep all the people. It is completely a security risk and a danger to those who go across the railway bridge.

I wish Members of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing were here, but I would like to suggest that if the toll station can be relocated to an area near Gilgil Town, there is wide land. This is very important for the Government and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. I hope the message has reached home.
