In fact, we want to encourage people that when they have a problem, they sort it out within their own country rather than come to our country and create other problems. You have seen what is happening in Somalia. We are talking of Dadaab and other refugee-hosting regions, including Kakuma in Turkana County. Kenyans residing in Lodwar suffer more as we pay attention to people who have entered into our country as refuges, and who have ended up destroying the environment in those areas. When we talk about squatting, this is where people have not been settled properly to enable them enjoy the fruits of their land.
