As a senior Member of this House, I want to point out that we have not followed the right procedure. Even the Question of the amendment has not been put correctly. Could you put the Question correctly the way you proposed it? You cannot read an attachment at the end and put the Question! view

You proposed the Question in one way and you put it in a different way. I am just asking you to put the Question exactly the same way you proposed it before it was debated. view
