I request the Cabinet Secretary to give us more insights on the progress of projects across the Nairobi satellite towns that are under the Athi Water Services and the Northern Tunnel financed by the German Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) Development Bank. Particularly, in Kajiado North, the infrastructure has been done to almost 95 per cent, but it has stalled for the last six months.
