As I do this, there are pertinent issues that have been raised on the Floor of this House. It is also good to note that the economy is not doing very well and the Treasury has had problems of disbursing funds especially taking into consideration that we are just coming from the pandemic. When we were going through serious times, there was a call for serious measures. Prioritisation is not a privilege, but something that must be seen to be done and must be done by the Treasury. One might just get a contract to construct a classroom without seeing some big person in the Government. The NG-CDF is a classic example of what devolution is and what devolution ought to be.
