  • 15 Apr 2008 in National Assembly: Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am a qualified accountant. I would like to take up the point made by my brother, the hon. Member for Igembe North Constituency. He touched on something important. I am sure that the Minister will remember this. I still maintain that even if there is a maiden speech, if there is no quorum, then I am afraid it is so. I see no exclusion to that fact. However, I stand corrected. view
