• 8 Dec 2011 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. Is the Assistant Minister in order? Several hon. Members have been asking the same question about the counter offer, since he has received a copy of the proposal. He is now reading out another document. Can he tell us the counter offer by the Government on salaries, allowances, annual leave, vacation, retirement and so on? He should not read out what he has not been asked by the striking doctors. view

Smith (Service No. 2522329), at the Nanyuki Barracks on 2nd April, 2009 and, if so, what disciplinary measures were taken against the soldier; and, (b) what measures the Government is taking to ensure that Mr. Oyugi gets assistance to cater for his further medical needs. view

He has mentioned in part (b) of the answer that he has attached the agreement of compensation but I do not have it. Could he table that attachment that he has mentioned in his reply and also the written agreement? He has said that they agreed to settle the matter amicably. Those two documents should be tabled. view
