Regarding negotiations, up to this morning, they had not started any negotiations. Negotiations mean what the doctors had proposed and they should come back with counter proposals but the Ministry had not done that up to this morning. Could he tell us what he had negotiated because he is using the word negotiation? What has he negotiated using their proposed scheme which is in his office? view
