If you want to travel to all other foreign countries, including Dubai, the airlines at the international airports will do not give you a boarding pass until you show them a visa of their country. In the answer given by the Assistant Minister, the last bullet states that the process was done and received on 22nd of August. Could he arrange for Mr. Abbas Mohamed Athman to come back with his proper visa to visit Kenya as a tourist or any other visitor? view

In fact, he acknowledged receipt of a letter from Advocate A.A. Mazrui who wanted to know the case number, so that he could assist them to access the judgment of this case.
