Kshs10.2 billion outstanding as loans and Kshs3 billion out of that, which is almost 30 per cent, is listed as non-performing loans. You do not need to be a genius to know what non-performing loans mean. You take that figure of 30 per cent and compare it with the figure of the default in commercial banks.
