Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I oppose the extension. We had good political will as the women of the Tenth Parliament. We wanted to solve a constitutional crisis in the future. We had a goodwill for this country and the men of the Tenth Parliament refused it.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I want to support the amendment. We are talking of an independent Commission, but will it work in an island? It must work with people. That is why we want to subject them to this. This is a very serious Commission. You will remember that they put us into problems in 2007 and because of that, they must co-ordinate and work with others and be subjected to this. They are not in an island.
