Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, it should be noted that since 2008, 31 people from managerial positions have left the employment of Hotel Inter-continental within the region. Out of that 31, only two employees, Mr. David Mburu, Director of Engineering, and Mr. Josiah Nyakundi, Assistant Beverage Manager were terminated due to gross misconduct. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, regarding the first list of expatriate managers, I think I should also be given time to check on the list and then cross check with my officers to find out if the records provided to us by the Intercontinental Hotel tally.

Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, as for the second case, I had indicated that since 2008, 31 people in managerial positions have left the employment of Intercontinental Hotel. Out of those, the two people I mentioned, Messrs Mburu and Nyakundi, were dismissed due to gross misconduct. The other two retired. The rest resigned voluntarily to look for greener pastures elsewhere.
