So, when the court order was being executed by the Union, the management of the African Safari Club Ltd went to court. I want to assure the hon. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I had indicated earlier on, the current information is that African Safari Club Ltd is going through a crisis. But it still has some assets which it is trying to offset and the matter is being discussed in the Industrial Court. So, I am not aware that they have disposed everything. As per the information we have now in court, they still have some properties which they want to offset and sort out the debts that they have.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, he is introducing a new dimension in his Question. But I am prepared to go back, talk to our officers and collect the information regarding the whereabouts of the assets. That is still an ongoing concern. They have not closed yet. They are still doing business in Kenya, all over and you know it. They have assets in Maasai Mara, Mt. Kenya region, Mombasa and many places. So, if given two weeks, I can bring the list of assets.

(b) The Transport and Allied Workers Union filed the case on behalf of Mr. Omari Mwangiri and 47 other employees against the African Safari Club Limited on 2nd November, 2009. The matter was heard and determined on 15th September, 2010. The respondent refused to have joint negotiations initiated by the Provincial Labour Officer (PLO), Coast, and the union. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as it happens in the usual court processes, the person who has been awarded the order is supposed to file another case at the Industrial Court, so that the order can be executed. It is not the PLO as such, but Mr. Omari and the 47 others who should go to the Industrial Court again and ask for further orders.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not think we have those powers. It is the court which usually enforces the law. As per the advice I was given by the Registrar in our industrial courts, it is just a simple case. If the claimants could go back to the Industrial Court, the court will instruct the officers accordingly. We cannot jump a process and start acting like police officers.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as you can see from my answer, the Ministry is very much involved. The Industrial Court is a department in the Ministry of Labour. In fact, our Labour Officer is working closely with the employees who are claiming these dues. What is remaining is for the affected employees to go to court and after the process, we can even attach the properties of this employer. Unless they go back to court - we have already written to them - the process cannot begin. Maybe they have lost interest in the matter.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, that is news to me. I am hearing about it for the first time! But in case it is happening, then I am going to instruct my Labour Officer to move fast and see to it that these employees are paid before the worse comes to the worst.
