Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Assistant Minister for that answer. However, he says that the residents have been living harmoniously and in peace. In view of the fact that there is a person hopping from one funeral to the other, advising the people that part of Teso District has been annexed to Bungoma and Busia district, for the express purpose of fanning animosity, what action will he take against him? The Provincial Commissioner (PC) and the District Commissioner (DC) know him.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wrote to the Minister of State for Administration and National Security and he replied to the PC. Last Friday, the DC for Teso District held a baraza at Chakol to defuse tension between the residents of Busia and Teso districts, just because of one person who the Government knows is spreading propaganda. That is the immediate former Member of Parliament. He wants to incite the Tesos to fight their brothers, the Luhyas, on the other side.
