• 9 Jun 2020 in Senate: Madam Deputy Speaker, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.48(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Roads, Transport and Infrastructure regarding the National Construction Authority (Defects and Liability) Regulations, 2020, that were recently gazetted by the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works.
