  • 16 May 2013 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, Sir, sometime back there was something that the police came up with called “community policing”. The clarification I would like to ask is: What became of this very good idea that the police came up with? Is it still in existence, or it just died and went with Maj.-Gen. Ali when he left the police force? If it is, then it will help the police to flush out these militia gangs that are moving around causing chaos and scaring people around in the quiet villages. view

  • 17 Apr 2013 in National Assembly: I want us to move forward because, as the previous speaker said, this list has been prepared by the leaderships of the majority and the minority of this House. Given that we even submitted our CVs when we came in, and that most of us are first timers, the list is very good. view
