We created a board in this particular Bill because we need to bring some sanity. We know that if we leave it to people to decide what they want to do, there will be abuse. It is our interest as a committee to ensure farmers in this county get their services and income optimised by ensuring the laws and regulations address the pertinent issues, as have been raised in this House.
