Members of this House. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am a businessman. I know why we have organizational structures and why you delegate responsibilities. I also understand how to manage the most complex matters. They are better dealt with by a selected team which is dedicated to doing so. • 20 Dec 2022 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, that is why I think going the Committee way is the most efficient way of doing this because some Members, without wanting to refer to any Senator, have become habitual disturbers who will never let anybody finish anything. It is quite unfortunate. I was saying that in the business world, we form special teams because we want to be efficient and thorough.
