Actually, it is 8.00 O’clock but you can see that there is a good number of Members in the House. That means that they are expressing the need for this Bill. It is a good day for Kenyans, particularly women who normally go through customary marriage. That is because every woman expects to wed in a church but we find ourselves married through customary law because of circumstances.
