Firstly, I view this Bill as having been brought here with malice. I see the malice in the way issues have been stipulated in it. I voted for Uhuru Kenyatta because of the laptops and my daughter always asks me if Uhuru will give her a laptop. I also voted for him for the railway gauge and many other factors. It is in the same way that wananchi elected governors. It was because of their specific agenda. view

Fourthly, governors must be accountable. We cannot break the system because of specific individuals. We all know the behaviour of our governors and for sure we cannot even define their character.
