  • 25 Apr 2013 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Hon. Speaker, Sir. I think the hon. Member is misquoting the Leader of the Majority Party who we know belongs to the Jubilee Government. He belongs to CORD! The Leader of the Majority Party has a right to say that the Jubilee Government is going to appoint the Cabinet because he is part of it. That is my understanding. So, Jubilee Government is going to appoint the Cabinet and for sure it did that this week. view
