He has said clearly that this country has a serious shortage of air controllers, inspectors and engineers! So it is clear that our airspace is not well managed. Given what he has said, what measures is he taking to ensure that we have these very critical professionals who are necessary for our airspace to be secure? view
• 23 Nov 2010 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, from his answer, it is clear that the Ministry is training a lot of personnel, but due to poor remuneration of the officers, they are leaving the industry. I wish the Assistant Minister to confirm that they engaged a consultant to look at the structure of the organization and come up with a new pay package but, to date, that report has not been implemented. Why is that so? view
