However, as you have rightly said, we can continue with the debate irrespective of the presence or absence of the Mover of the Bill. I noticed that in terms of employment of the personnel who will work in the area of auditing, one of the requirements is that they must hold a degree in finance, accounting or economics.   • 7 May 2015 in Senate: We could give a preliminary report on Thursday next week but we have to make a comprehensive report on this because it involves a lot of investigations and requires some further investigations by arms of government on some areas which were not conclusive. We will probably table a temporary report and then later on table a comprehensive one. view
